Is Teaching Abroad Right for You?
You’ve put in years of hard work to excel as a teacher and now you want to expand your teaching career abroad. But first, there are tough questions you must answer. Is international teaching right for you? Will you miss home? Are you ready to live in the United States?
A successful VIF teacher is professional, adventurous and committed to sharing the world with kids. Although the focus of your VIF experience will be on providing quality instruction, an important part of your experience will take place outside of the classroom. Successful VIF teachers take advantage of the opportunities to meet new people, travel and immerse themselves in their new communities.
