Highly-Selective Recruiting Criteria

All VIF teachers are thoroughly screened to ensure that they meet our high standards before being considered as teaching candidates.

During our screening process, VIF verifies transcripts, performs reference checks, tests for English fluency and conducts face-to-face interviews to evaluate the teacher’s approach to instruction, assessment and classroom management.

Recruit from your desk! View video clips, online profiles and résumés of teaching professionals ideally suited for your school. Once you have chosen prospective candidates, VIF will handle all the details of relocation, including visas, work authorizations and teacher licenses. When your VIF teachers arrive at your school, they are prepared, settled and ready to teach.
